Springfree™ Trampoline is #makingithappen this International Woman’s Day by recognising a lady who has made her mark on society through the designer millinery she makes for the rich and famous all over the world.  She is also a single mum of four, who enjoys just “hanging out with her kids”.

When you first meet the genuinely delightful and unassuming Cindy Vogels you would never guess that this quietly spoken woman created a headpiece that was worn by Lada Gaga when she sang alongside Tony Bennett in the Cheek to Cheek special that was aired in the US last year.

Already a well-known and respected milliner Cindy was well and truly catapulted onto the global stage when she randomly posted a photo of one of her designs on Instagram in June last year. Her creation caught the eye of one of stylists in New York who represent the iconic Lady GaGa and the rest, as they say, is history.

“I'll not ever forget the stylists in New York making first contact with me in the lead up to the promotional work for this album,” said Cindy.  “This image will forever rock my world.”

Since then Cindy has shipped two collections, including the black-feathered piece Lady GaGa wears in her duet “I Won’t Dance” with Tony Bennett, placing Cindy’s name alongside that of legendary designer Valentino in the styling credits.

In September Cindy will show at London Fashion week for the first time with a millinery collection inspired by the great champagne houses of the world.

Cindy is passionate about setting up young people for success and, despite her busy schedule, squeezes in time to support the Empowering Young Women initiative.

However, at the end of the day Cindy’s children come first and they are as supportive and proud of their mum as she is of them.

On International Women’s Day Cindy is certainly a woman to watch as she continues to #makeithappen in 2015!
