Delivery Details

Springfree™ Trampolines are shipped within the UK by Rainbow Play Systems. Rainbow Play Systems guarantees delivery in the UK between 1 to 3 working days.

Delivery is £50 within the UK mainland only. Please call Rainbow Play Systems on  0845 1300335  for delivery prices for locations outside the UK mainland.  

Delivery advice

• Make sure you have someone home to receive the goods and sign for them
• The trampoline boxes are heavy, and we advise you to seek assistance in moving them.
• If the carrier attempts to deliver goods and there is no one home they will leave a note with instructions. If the customer does not call within 3 days the goods will be returned to Rainbow UK at the cost of the customer.
• Once the trampoline has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming dispatch and giving you the consignment note number. 

Springfree™ Trampoline reserves the right to review and amend any freight selection at its sole discretion.
