Delivery Details

Springfree™ Trampolines are shipped within the UK by Rainbow Play Systems. Rainbow Play Systems guarantees delivery in the UK between 1 to 3 working days.

Delivery is £60 within the UK mainland only. Please call Rainbow Play Systems on 0845 1300335 for delivery prices for locations outside the UK mainland.  

Delivery advice

• Make sure you have someone home to receive the goods and sign for them
• The trampoline boxes are heavy, and we advise you to seek assistance in moving them.
• If the carrier attempts to deliver goods and there is no one home they will leave a note with instructions. If the customer does not call within 3 days the goods will be returned to Rainbow UK at the cost of the customer.
• Once the trampoline has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming dispatch and giving you the consignment note number. You can track this delivery by going to www.tnt.co.uk and entering the consignment note number where indicated.
