Installation
Springfree™ Trampoline is supplied in flat pack boxes and is designed to be self assembled (we recommend 2 people working together to make it simpler). Your Springfree™ Trampoline comes with a comprehensive installation manual with easy to follow, step by step instructions. You can also view our tips and videos.
Spare Parts
Your Springfree™ Trampoline is designed to be robust and strong. As with any product installed outdoors, natural accidents, pets or even the kids can damage play items. We supply spare parts for all Springfree™ Trampoline models.
Spare parts do incur an additional freight charge. Please contact customer support through our contact page to place your order.
Warranty Coverage
The Springfree™ Trampoline warranty covers manufacturing faults only, and does not apply to general wear and tear.
Springfree™ Trampoline warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal recreational use and service conditions.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your product warranty, please contact our customer services team through our contact page. Full details of your product warranty can also be found within the product manual. If you no longer have your manual, these can be downloaded from this website.
Should your Springfree be out of warranty and require replacement parts, these can be purchased by calling our friendly team on the number provided in our contact page.
Warranty Claim
If you believe you have a manufacturing fault or a product defect with your Springfree™ Trampoline and need to make a warranty claim, please complete the Claim Form by clicking on the link below.
You will receive feedback on your claim within 7 days.
Delivery Query
The standard delivery price of £50 covers delivery to mainland UK with the exception of the following postcodes IV (Invernessshire), KW 1-14, PA34,37,38,39, PH19-26,30-40,41,49 & 50. It also excludes the Scottish and Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. To order a trampoline from one of the excluded regions or for delivery to Europe please call our customer service team on 08444 938080 and they will be happy to help.
We will ship your product within 3 days of receipt of your order and all products are shipped in 1 - 3 boxes. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for delivery and products are usually delivered to your home via TNT although we do sometimes use local delivery companies.
