Before you order please check that you are ordering the correct parts. The spare parts vary between models and frame colours, so please check your serial number to correctly identify your frame type. Information on locating your serial number can be found below.
If you do order the wrong parts you will need to pay for return shipping and an admin fee of £15.00 will be due. If you have any queries at all about the parts you are ordering please call us on 01276 477461.
How to Locate Your Serial Number
Serial numbers can start with a G3, G4 or S1/ S2. If you have an older model of Springfree, the serial number could be a series of 5 numbers.
Net – The serial number is a small white tag positioned underneath the warning label to the left of the zip entrance. There are 2 small tags, one with the product code of your trampoline, the second is the serial number.
Frame – This number will either be on a white sticker or printed directly on the central section of the trampoline frame.
Mat – This number is on a white tag, which is easier to find when on the trampoline as it’s tucked in between the net and mat. It is often found on the opposite side to the zip.
