From 1st September 2017, we are proud to offer a world-class 10-year warranty on the WHOLE trampoline. This covers the entire trampoline, from net, to frame to mat – we’re here for you! It’s our years of fun guarantee!

Prior to September 2017, our warranty gave 8 years on the frame and rods, and 2 years on your net and mat.

ACCESSORY WARRANTY COVERAGE

The warranty on all Springfree trampoline accessories is one year from the date of purchase. Please see the warranty details below:

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Springfree Trampoline shall not be liable for costs, damages or repairs incurred as a result of:

  • Trampolines purchased from an unauthorised dealer.

  • Improper installation not in accordance with the Trampoline and Enclosure Assembly, Installation, Care, Maintenance, Safety, and Use Instructions manual.

  • Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse and/or lack of maintenance or use not in accordance with the Trampoline and Enclosure Assembly, Installation, Care, Maintenance, Safety, and Use Instructions manual.

  • External sources such as weather events, fire, fireworks, animal damage, cuts, burns or vandalism. Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized parties or agents.

  • Use of the trampoline other than for private household purposes (ie: commercial or rental purposes), unless exempted by local legislation and laws.

  • This limited warranty does not cover misuse or minor imperfections in trampolines that meet design specifications or do not materially alter functionality.

HAVE YOU PURCHASED A SECOND-HAND SPRINGFREE TRAMPOLINE?

Please note that our trampoline warranty is not transferable if you decide to sell your Springfree trampoline on to new owner. If you have any questions relating to this, please get in touch with our customer service team at

 

COMMERCIAL TRAMPOLINES

Springfree trampolines are marked as a product for the garden, or in a residential area, therefore we do not offer warranty in a commercial environment due to the different nature of use. (e.g., schools, organisations, farm/ theme parks etc.)

We can however, help with the costs of fitting any purchased parts as a good will gesture.

Springfree trampoline warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use and service conditions which do not include general wear and tear, burns, cuts or sags.

Springfree are also not liable for costs, damages or repairs as a result of weather, theft, fire damage, vandalism or repairs/alterations carried out by unauthorised parties or agents.

Should your trampoline be out of warranty or require any replacement parts, these can be purchased on our parts page or please contact our customer service team. 

 

Please note: parts replaced through a valid warranty will be replaced free of charge if you claim within your 1st year of ownership. Any services to deliver or install the new parts after the 1st year of purchase, will be charged accordingly. The sales representative dealing with your warranty will discuss this with you, as you go through the process.

 

TRAMPOLINE WARRANTY REGISTRATION

Please note that our warranty from 1st September 2017 has changed to a 10-year coverage. If you are unsure what warranty your trampoline has, please contact our customer care team on 01276 477461.

Customers with registered warranties are given a profile that allows for easier support and for us to contact you with important product notifications.
