How to Order Springfree Trampoline Parts

Now that you know what Springfree Trampolines parts can be replaced and when you need to order them, let’s go over how to order a new part.

Step One: Gather Your Trampoline’s Information

To achieve a quick and successful call for a new part, you will want to gather the following information about your Springfree Trampoline:

--> The model or serial number of your trampoline. You can find this number on the trampoline frame. It will either be on a white sticker or engraved into the frame. See the image below for an example:

IMPORTANT: If you can’t find the serial number, count the number of mat rods instead. The mat rods are typically white—as seen in the image above. You can also use the model number (eg. S155 for the Jumbo Square Trampoline).

  • The shape of your trampoline (Square, Round or Oval).

Basically, all you need to have before calling is the serial number (or mat rod count) and the shape of your trampoline. If you have these, you’ve increased your chances of a quick call!

Step Two: Call Springfree

You can call Springfree to get your replacement part, or head online!

Springfree Trampolines Parts are only sold over the phone by our Specialists, or directly from our Springfree UK website.

We’d really recommend ordering online if you’re sure of your trampoline’s model and generation! Hoever, Springfree Trampolines are more complex than any other trampoline, so please feel free to give us a call if you're unsure of this information. If you’re not sure on the generation of your trampoline – our experts can help you with this by using the model and the serial numbers.

Step Three: We’ll Ship the Part

Once the correct part has been identified and ordered, we will ship you the new part.

To order or find out more information on replacement parts, please call 01276 477 461.

*Disclaimer: Periodically, we may see parts go on to a back order. 4-6 weeks is a safe bet for a part to come back in stock. We still suggest you buy the back ordered part, so you will have one as soon as they come back in stock!

Springfree Trampolines Part Prices

There’s no universal price for Springfree Trampolines parts. It depends on the size of trampoline you have and the spare part you need.

For example, a new mat for a Springfree Compact Round Trampoline (2nd smallest Springfree), you can expect to pay about £245.

For a Springfree Jumbo Square Trampoline (2nd biggest Springfree), you’ll be paying around £395 for a new mat.

A new Springfree Trampoline mat or net will be the most expensive singular trampoline parts you can buy. The small parts, like the C-clips (£10 for a pack of 12), or a single mat rod (£8), won’t cost nearly as much.

There are also shipping costs for the part if depending on it’s size - shipping typically costs around £3.50 for the smaller parts, and up to £20 for the larger.

*Please note, our 10-year warranty covers parts only – shipping costs will be incurred. *

Now, if you file a warranty claim and it’s approved, your part and its shipping costs will be covered, however please double check this with our experts if you are looking for us to install the part too. Springfree Trampolines offer an industry leading 10-year warranty on all parts of the trampoline. This covers manufacturer defects.

What Are the Most Common Parts That Need to Be Replaced?

Typically, the most common parts you will need to replace on a Springfree Trampoline will be the net and/or mat.

Tip: If you need a new mat and net, order them together! The installation process is practically the same for both – saving you time later down the line!

2
How Often Will You Need to Order Replacement Parts?

If reasonably used, and if you follow basic trampoline safety rules, you shouldn’t have to replace any trampoline parts within 10 years (consistent with Springfree’s warranty).

Parts only need to be replaced when they are damaged. So, if you get to that 10-year mark with your Springfree, you don’t need to replace parts just because it’s been 10 years!

3

Should You Replace a Trampoline Part Yourself?

Most customers replace the part themselves. If you installed your trampoline, you should be able to manually replace the part. However, you can opt for a professional to come out and replace it if desired.

4

How Much Does It Cost to Hire a Professional?

If you want somebody to come and replace the part, our installation fee is £200.

5

Can You Order Replacement Parts for an Older Springfree Trampoline?

Yes, following the same process. However, if you have a G3 trampoline (the older model, typically sold between 2008-2015), you won’t be able to get a new frame. You can tell if you have a G3 or G4 model from the serial number).

If you need a new frame on a G3 model, you will likely need to purchase a new trampoline.

What About Replacing Trampoline Accessory Parts?

For trampoline accessory parts, like Springfree Trampoline Basketball Hoop parts, you will follow the same process as replacing a part on your trampoline.

What Resources Can You Use to Help Replace Parts?
